Your Athletics Victoria accredited coach will custom write every step of your run program. Each session in your program will have strategic purpose, whether it be to develop your speed, endurance, technique or to give you a chance to have a chat with friends and connect socially with your runs or to relax and recover adequately to get you ready for the next session. Our run programs allow you to switch off, execute and enjoy your sessions, knowing that you are following a proven strategic path to successfully reaching your running goals.
