Our Basic Coached Run Programs are perfect for athletes with who are self motivated and can follow a structured, prescribed plan with little to no deviation.

Our basic run coaching package includes:

-A month of personalised Programmed run sessions up to 4 a week.

-weekly group session coach catch up

-1 program review and adjustment

Our run programs are individually constructed to meet your goals, based on your personality traits, motivators, preferences, lifestyle and risks.

You will receive exceptional quality coaching, progress monitoring, support, direction, session plans, progress analysis, performance trending, encouragement, recognition and celebration from your coach.

Your coach will make sure you are enjoying your journey, sessions and progress as you head towards achieving your running goals. Your Athletics Victoria accredited coach will keep you engaged and help you execute every step of your run program.

Each session in your program will have strategic purpose, whether it be to develop your speed, endurance, technique or to give you a chance to have a chat with friends and connect socially with your runs or to relax and recover adequately to get you ready for the next session. Our run programs allow you to switch off, execute and enjoy your sessions, knowing that you are following a proven strategic path to successfully reaching your running goals.
