Description

Our run programs are individually constructed to meet your goals, based on your personality traits, motivators, preferences, lifestyle and risks.

You will receive exceptional quality coaching, progress monitoring, support, direction, session plans, progress analysis, performance trending, encouragement, recognition and celebration from your coach.

Your coach will make sure you are enjoying your journey, sessions and progress as you head towards achieving your running goals. Your Athletics Victoria accredited coach will keep you engaged and help you execute every step of your run program.

Each session in your program will have strategic purpose, whether it be to develop your speed, endurance, technique or to give you a chance to have a chat with friends and connect socially with your runs or to relax and recover adequately to get you ready for the next session. Our run programs allow you to switch off, execute and enjoy your sessions, knowing that you are following a proven strategic path to successfully reaching your running goals.

    I started with Coach Shaun 7months ago and his program had a good balance of being challenging and achievable.

    In the 7month period I have had the following progress.

    1km
    4:33 to 4:05

    1mile
    7:24 to 6:49

    5km
    25:27 to 23:18

    10km
    52:02 to 49:11

    15km
    1:22:45 to 1:14:12

    He helped me achieve my first half marathon in a time of 1:50:17 and got me to my second half where I achieved 1:45:13.

    Shaun has helped me see that I am capable of so much more than I thought possible, not just physically with distance and times but also pushing the mental barrier limits of “i can’t”. Working with Shaun and running his program was incredibly rewarding.
